摘要 为了加快食品高新技术产业发展,推进科技和产业深度融合,培育食品新业态和新兴产业,培育食品产业科技创新中心建设,改善冷链食品产业企业规模小散、市场混乱、名品较少、意识落后、标准不全、质量难控、创新缺乏等现状,以“一平台、二基地、四大体系”为依托,研究国际冷链食品产业创新基地建设模式,重点打造“研、产、贸、检、展、学、文、创、餐、闲、游”与“集、商、快、贷、定、享、服、源、链”相结合的国际冷链食品产业创新基地,创新基地商业模式可共享、可复制。研究将为其他企业提供参考借鉴,为相关部门提供决策依据。 In order to speed up the development of food high-tech industries,promote the deep integration of science and technology with industries,foster new food forms and emerging industries,and foster the construction of science and technology innovation centers in the food industry,to improve the current situation of small-scale enterprises in the cold-chain food industry,market chaos,less famous products,backward consciousness,incomplete standards,difficult quality control,lack of innovation and so on,relying on“one platform,two bases,four systems”,to study the construction mode of the international cold chain food industry innovation base,we will focus on building an international cold chain food industry innovation base that combines“research,production,trade,inspection,exhibition,learning,literature,innovation,dining,leisure and travel”with“collection,business,express,loan,reservation,enjoyment,service,source and chain”,innovation base business model can be shared and replicated.The study will provide reference for other enterprises and provide decision-making basis for relevant departments.
