重庆地区33家综合医院护士职业性腰背痛现状调查及相关因素分析

Investigation and analysis of the related factors of occupational low back pain among the nurses in the 33 general hospitals in Chongqing

目的调查重庆地区综合医院临床护士职业性腰背痛现状,并分析其相关因素,为进一步提出有效防护及干预措施提供科学依据。方法通过自制调查问卷对重庆地区33家二级以上综合医院不同科室1064名临床护士展开调查。结果911名(85.6%)护士近1年内存在职业性腰背痛情况,多因素分析结果显示,性别、使用腰背部力量情况、近1年的睡眠质量是护士职业性腰背痛的独立影响因素(P<0.05),防护培训情况为其保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论重庆地区综合医院护士职业性腰背痛发生率高,大多数护士缺乏防护相关知识及培训。应针对相关影响因素提出干预措施,传递防护相关知识,以减少护士职业性腰背痛的发生。

Objective To investigate the status of occupational low back pain among the clinical nurses in the general hospitals in Chongqing,and analyze the associated influencing factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for further effective protection and intervention measures.Methods A total of 1064 clinical nurses in the different departments from 33 secondary and above general hospitals in Chongqing were investigated by the self-made questionnaire.Results A total of 911 nurses(85.6%)had occupational low back pain in the past year.The results of multivariate analysis showed that gender,use of low back strength and sleep quality in the past year were the independent influencing factors for nurses′occupational low back pain(P<0.05),and the protection training was the protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of occupational low back pain among the nurses in Chongqing general hospitals is high,and most nurses lack the knowledge and training on protection.Intervention measures should be proposed according to the relevant influencing factors to transfer the protection of related knowledge,in order to reduce the occurrence of occupational low back pain in the nurses.
