摘要
目的探究基于互动理论下精益护理联合人文关怀在心外科手术中的应用效果及对患者不良反应发生情况、心理状态、护理满意度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院接诊的100例心外科手术患者为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组和研究组,每组50例。常规组给予常规护理,研究组在常规组的基础上给予基于互动理论下精益护理联合人文关怀。比较两组患者的LVEF、LVEDD、6MWD、不良反应发生情况、SAS、SDS评分、依从性和护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的LVEF、LVEDD和6MWD均改善,且研究组显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的用药总依从率均升高,且研究组显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于互动理论下精益护理联合人文关怀应用于心外科手术患者中可以显著提升患者的治疗依从性和满意度,减轻不良心理状态,且安全性较高,值得在临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of lean nursing based on interaction theory combined with humanistic care in cardiac surgery and its influences on incidence of adverse reactions,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing cardiac surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given lean nursing based on interaction theory combined with humanistic care on the basis of routine group.LVEF,LVEDD,6MWD,incidence of adverse reactions,SAS,SDS scores,compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,LVEF,LVEDD and 6MWD of the two groups improved,and those in the study group were significantly better than the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the pharmacy total compliance rate of the two groups increased,and that in the study group was significantly higher than the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The lean nursing based on the interaction theory combined with humanistic care applied in patients undergoing cardiac surgery can significantly improve treatment compliance and satisfaction,reduce psychological state,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
