个性化健康教育及护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对护理满意度的影响 被引量:13

Application effect of individualized health education and nursing intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus and its influence on nursing satisfaction

摘要 目的探究个性化健康教育及护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月收治的140例糖尿病患者,遵循随机数字表法将其分为参照组(n=70)和研究组(n=70)。参照组开展常规护理,研究组开展个性化健康教育及护理干预。比较两组患者的血糖指标、健康知识及行为能力、自我管理行为、自我效能及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组的血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白)低于参照组,健康知识及行为能力、自我管理行为、自我效能各指标(健康饮食、饮食与血糖、健康行为、遵医嘱用药)、护理满意度各指标(服务态度、业务水平、护理管理、健康教育、人文关怀)评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论开展个性化健康教育及护理干预对改善糖尿病患者血糖控制效果、健康知识及行为能力、自我管理行为、自我效能及护理满意度有积极意义。 Objective To explore the application effect of individualized health education and nursing intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus and its influence on nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 140 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into reference group(n=70)and study group(n=70)according to the random number table method.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given individualized health education and nursing intervention.The blood glucose indexes,health knowledge and behavior ability,self-management behavior,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels and glycosylated hemoglobin)of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,while the scores of health knowledge and behavior ability,self-management behavior,self-efficacy(healthy diet,diet and blood glucose,healthy behavior,medication according to doctor's advice)and nursing satisfaction(service attitude,professional level,nursing management,health education and humanistic care)were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education and nursing intervention have positive effects on improving glycemic control effect,health knowledge and behavior ability,self-management behavior,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients with diabetes mellitus.
