Teach back健康教育模式结合多模式镇痛干预对泌尿系结石术后患者疼痛程度及知信行的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨Teach back健康教育模式结合多模式镇痛干预对泌尿系结石术后患者疼痛程度及知信行的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的54例泌尿系结石术后患者作为研究对象,以随机数字法按单双号形式将其分为对照组(27例,常规护理干预)和观察组(27例,常规护理+Teach back健康教育模式+多模式镇痛干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果术后6、12、24、48 h,观察组的NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的认知水平、态度信念及行为管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的最大尿流率高于对照组,残余尿量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床对泌尿系结石术后患者采取Teach back健康教育模式结合多模式镇痛干预,能进一步减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善其知信行,促进泌尿功能恢复,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effects of Teach back health education model combined with multimodal analgesia intervention on pain degree,knowledge,belief and behavior of postoperative patients with urinary calculi.Methods A total of 54 postoperative patients with urinary calculi treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(27 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(27 cases,routine nursing+Teach back health education model+multimodal analgesia intervention)in the form of odd and even numbers by random number methed.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 6,12,24,and 48 h after operation,the NRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the cognitive level,attitude and belief and behavior management scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the maximum flow rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the residual urine volume was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach back health education model combined with multimodal analgesia intervention for postoperative patients with urinary calculi can further reduce pain degree,improve knowledge,belief and behavior,and promote the recovery of urinary function,which is worthy of promotion.
