家庭护理联合微信延续性护理对老年类风湿关节炎患者疼痛及生活质量的影响

Effects of family nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing on pain and quality of life of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探究家庭护理联合微信延续性护理对老年类风湿关节炎患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法收集2019年9月至2020年12月西安国际医学中心医院收治的72例老年类风湿关节炎患者的临床资料,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用常规微信延续性护理干预,观察组采用家庭护理联合微信延续性护理。比较两组患者干预前及干预1个月后的关节疼痛程度、生活质量、依从性、自我效能及类风湿关节炎指标。结果干预1个月后,两组的VAS评分均降低,SF-36评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,两组的依从性评分及GSES评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1个月后,两组的ESR、RF、CRP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭护理联合微信延续性护理能够显著提高老年类风湿关节炎患者的治疗依从性及自我效能,缓解关节疼痛程度,进而提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of family nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing on pain and quality of life of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The clinical data of 72 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in Xi'an international medical center hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine WeChat continuous nursing intervention,and the observation group was given family nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing.The degree of joint pain,quality of life,compliance,self-efficacy and rheumatoid arthritis indexes were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 1 month of intervention.Results After 1 month of intervention,the VAS score in both groups decreased,the SF-36 score increased,those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the compliance score and GSES score in the two groups increased,those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the ESR,RF and CRP levels in the two groups decreased,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family nursing combined with WeChat continuous nursing can significantly improve the treatment compliance and self-efficacy of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis,relieve joint pain,and improve the quality of life.
