摘要
硝酸铵是含有铵态氮和硝态氮的混态氮素肥。以圣诞红草莓苗为试材,研究了4种氮素浓度的硝酸铵对其生长发育的影响。结果表明,氮素浓度在0~25 mmol·L^(-1)范围内,草莓植株地上部形态指标,以及生物量、叶绿素含量、光合参数和硝酸还原酶活性均随氮素浓度升高呈现先升后降趋势,氮素浓度为15 mmol·L^(-1)时,草莓苗生长量最大,生理功能较强;25 mmol·L^(-1)时,草莓苗生长量最小,生理功能最差。综合分析,以为供氮浓度为15 mmol·L^(-1)对草莓苗生长发育最为有利。
Ammonium nitrate is a mixed nitrogen fertilizer containing ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen.The effects of different concentrations of nitrogen(0,5,15,25 mmol·L^(-1))on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of‘Shengdanhong’strawberry were studied.The results showed that the above-ground morphological indexes,biomass,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters and nitrate reductase activity of strawberry shoot increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen concentration in the range of 0~25 mmol·L^(-1).All indexes reached the maximum at 15 mmol·L^(-1),and the growth and development of strawberry seedlings were inhibited significantly at 25 mmol·L^(-1).The results showed that the nitrogen concentration of 15 mmol·L^(-1) was the most beneficial to the growth and development of strawberry seedlings.
