多元化与动态化:实习管理模式的改进与创新--来自酒店实习管理调研的数据分析 被引量:1

摘要 加强实习组织管理和强化实习组织保障,是普通本科高校和企业两个实习主体的责任。通过调查研究发现,高校履责过松和企业履责向利导致了实习管理模式的固化;岗位管理、沟通管理、双因素管理、校友邦管控、走读式现场管理的长板与短板十分明显。于是就现有实习管理模式的短板,进行实习行动方案、岗位看板式培训管理、体验沉浸式岗位培训、日一刻网络视频场景管理、员工薪酬弹性系数管理、价值分布式激励管理、周视频例会、职业生涯规划、负面清单管理九个方面的改进与创新,建构改进与创新的实习管理模型,以期为普通本科高校和实习基地企业提升实习管理效率提供决策参考。 It is the responsibility of ordinary universities and enterprises to strengthen the management and guarantee of practice organization.The investigation and research show that the let-alone attitude of colleges and universities and the profit-oriented management of enterprises lead to the solidification of internship management mode.The pros and cons of post management,communication management,two-factor management,Xiaoyoubang online management,and day-site management are very prominent.The improvement and innovation are carried out from the practice action plan,kanban training management,immersive job training,daily15-min network video scene management,employee compensation elastic coefficient management,value-distributed incentive management,weekly video meeting,career planning,and negative listing management to construct an improved and innovative practice management mode.It is expected to provide decision-making reference for ordinary universities and practice base enterprises to improve the efficiency of practice management.
