摘要
夜间遗尿症(nocturnal enuresis,NE)是指睡眠期间不自觉排尿的状态,多见于学龄儿童。NE儿童的中枢神经系统对排尿或觉醒的控制能力不足可能是重要的潜在诱因,NE儿童往往伴随着认知功能缺陷或情绪加工异常。MRI技术能够从脑结构、功能和代谢方面为NE潜在脑机制的研究提供重要线索。本文回顾了近年来多模态MRI在NE发生机制及认知功能异常脑成像研究中的应用和进展。
Nocturnal enuresis(NE)refers to the condition with involuntary urination in sleep,which is common in school-age children.Insufficient control of the central nervous system over urination or arousal in NE children may be an important cause of its pathogenesis,and NE children are often accompanied by deficits in cognitive function or emotional processing.MRI is a powerful modality to study the underlying brain mechanisms of NE in terms of brain structure,function and metabolism.This paper reviewed the applications and development of multimodal MRI in the NE neuroimaging study on pathological mechanisms and abnormal cognitive function.
