摘要
日常生活劳动教育、生产劳动教育和服务性劳动教育构成了新时代我国劳动教育的主要内容,“三类劳动教育”的体系化设计与实施是落实国家劳动教育政策、提升劳动教育质量的关键。日常生活劳动教育应围绕家务劳动教育活动和学校日常生活劳动教育活动展开,通过常态化、制度化的劳动教育实践活动,培养学生自觉劳动的意识、习惯和能力;生产劳动教育应围绕农业劳动教育活动和工业劳动教育活动开展,且兼顾传统与创新两个方面,传统维度重在体现劳动与生活、劳动与文化的关联,让学生感受劳动创造价值和美好生活以及劳动创造历史和文化的历程,创新维度重在提升学生生产劳动教育的创意能力;服务性劳动教育应围绕关爱型服务劳动教育活动和公共型服务劳动教育活动实行,在对他人、学校和社会公益岗位的服务中,增强学生共情的能力、服务的意识和技能。
Daily life labor education,production labor education and service labor education constitute the main contents of China’s labor education in the new era.The systematic design and implementation of“three kinds of labor education”is the key to implement the national labor education policy and improve the quality of labor education.Daily life labor education should focus on domestic labor education activities and school daily life labor education activities,and cultivate students’consciousness,habit and ability of conscious labor through normalized and institutionalized labor education practice activities;Production labor education should focus on agricultural labor education activities and industrial labor education activities,and take into account both traditional and innovative aspects.The traditional dimension focuses on reflecting the relationship between labor and life,labor and culture,so that students can feel the process of labor creating value and a better life,as well as labor creating history and culture,while the innovation dimension focuses on improving the creative ability of students’production labor education;Service labor education should focus on caring service labor education activities and public service labor education activities,and enhance the ability of empathy,service awareness and skills in the service to others,schools and social welfare posts.
