高等航海院校推进人工智能创新的思考 被引量:2

摘要 为抢抓人工智能发展的重大战略机遇,教育部启动实施了高等学校人工智能创新行动计划,国内各类高校相继成立人工智能学院,设置人工智能交叉学科。针对高等航海院校亟须加快推进人工智能创新和学科交叉融合的问题,梳理国内高校人工智能教育和研究发展现状,分析高等航海院校人工智能教育发展的优势和不足,进而提出高等航海院校可围绕开展支撑未来航运领域产业的人工智能基础理论和关键技术研究、打造智能航运交叉学科群、探索人工智能背景下的航海类人才培养新模式三个目标推进人工智能教育和研究发展,并提出分层次发展、学科交叉、人才培养、技术创新和产业融合的具体思路。 In order to seize the important strategic opportunity of the development of artificial intelligence,the Ministry of Education has launched the implementation of the action plan for the innovation of artificial intelligence in colleges and universities,and various universities in China have set up artificial intelligence colleges and cross-disciplines one after another.In view of the urgent need to accelerate the innovation of artificial intelligence and interdisciplinary integration in maritime colleges and universities,this paper combs the development status of artificial intelligence education and research in domestic colleges and universities,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of artificial intelligence in maritime colleges and universities.And then this paper puts forward that maritime colleges and universities can promote the development of artificial intelligence education and research by focusing on the following three goals:carrying out the research on the basic theories and key technologies of artificial intelligence supporting the future shipping industry,building an interdisciplinary group of intelligent shipping,and exploring new models for cultivating maritime talents under the background of artificial intelligence.It also proposes the specific ideas of multilevel development,interdisciplinary development,talent training,technological innovation and industrial integration.
