口服右旋糖酐铁颗粒在婴幼儿贫血中的预防效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析口服右旋糖酐铁颗粒预防婴幼儿贫血的效果。方法收集2019年4月至2021年2月于咸宁市咸安区妇幼保健院就诊的婴幼儿96例,以随机数字法分为对照组与研究组(n=48),对照组采用饮食指导,研究组在饮食指导的同时采用右旋糖酐铁颗粒进行干预。对比6个月前后两组婴幼儿贫血发生率、铁代谢、血常规相关指标、药物不良反应发生率。结果干预后6个月研究组贫血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血常规中血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCHC)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组;红细胞分布宽度(RDW)均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。铁代谢检查指标比较:研究组血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)、血清铁(SI)上升更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总铁结合力(TIBC)下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血常规检测可以发现贫血的高危患儿;口服右旋糖酐铁颗粒在预防婴幼儿缺铁性贫血中能发挥安全、有效的积极作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of oral Iron Dextran Granule on the prevention of anemia in infants.Methods Collecting 96 infants treated in our hospital from April 2019 to February 2021 were divided into control group and study group(n=48).The control group was given dietary guidance,the study group was given iron dextran granules at the same time.The incidence of anemia,Routine blood test results and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results Compared with before,Hemoglobin,Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Content and Mean Corpuscular Volume were higher(P<0.05);The Red Blood cell distribution width was lower(P<0.05).Compared with control group,The the incidence of anemia in study group was lower(P<0.05);Hemoglobin,Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Content and Mean Corpuscular Volume in study group were higher(P<0.05);The Red Blood cell distribution width was lower(P<0.05).In the study group,serum ferritin,transferrin saturation and serum iron increased more,and total iron binding capacity decreased more than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusions Routine blood test can find high-risk children with anemia,Iron Dextran Granules can play a safe and effective role in the prevention of iron deficiency anemia in infants.
