以行动研究法为基础的照顾者康复护理在高血压脑出血术后患者中的应用观察

Application Observation of Caregiver Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Action Research Method in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage after Operation

目的分析以行动研究法为基础的照顾者康复护理对高血压脑出血术后患者的影响。方法选取本院2018年8月至2020年11月高血压脑出血术后患者89例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)、对照组(n=44),对照组实施常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合以行动研究法为基础的照顾者康复护理,比较两组干预前后健康知识掌握程度、肢体功能(FMA)、日常生活能力(MBI)、焦虑程度。结果干预后两组健康知识掌握评分、FMA、MBI评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组焦虑程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以行动研究法为基础的照顾者康复护理应用于高血压脑出血术后患者,可促进患者掌握健康知识,改善运动功能及日常生活能力,缓解焦虑状态。

Objective To analyze the effect of caregiver rehabilitation nursing based on action research method on patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 89 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery in our hospital from August 2018 to November 2020 were selected and randomLy divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=44).The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received caregiver rehabilitation nursing based on action research on the basis of the control group.Health knowledge mastery,body function(FMA),daily living ability(MBI)and anxiety degree of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of health knowledge mastery,FMA and MBI in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the anxiety level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation nursing for caregivers based on action research method applied to patients after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can promote patients'mastery of health knowledge,improve motor function and ability of daily life,and relieve anxiety.
