在“十四五”科技发展规划中,将推动广播电视以及网络视听的高质量、高发展、高创新作为核心指导目标,这也为广播电视节目指明前进道路,确立发展方向,贯彻科技理念,构建时代格局。IP技术作为地面移动网络系统中的重要技术,是链接应用层进而保证用户各种应用得到支持的重要网络协议,随着近些年来区域网络覆盖率的提高,IP地址协议也不再仅应用于电脑手机等网络终端,逐步转型应用在网络电视和广播节目当中,成为打造IP化、智能化、融合化新型广播电视节目平台的重要手段和通道。主要对IP技术在电视播出系统中的应用展开分析,为制播体系的转型升级、优化创新提供新思路和新方向。
