摘要
热工保护可靠性直接影响发电机组的安全稳定运行,依据《大中型火力发电厂设计规范》(GB/T 50660-2011)、《火力发电厂热工自动化系统可靠性评估技术导则》(DL/T 261—2012)及《防止电力生产事故的二十五项重防止电力生产事故的二十五项重点要求》(国能安全[2014]161号2014年4月15日开始执行)等行业标准,分别从5个方面对热工系统设备可能存在的隐患及管理漏洞进行可靠性专项查评,寻找热工保护中存在的问题,根据问题进行科学调整,从源头上解决由热控系统、硬件设备引发的相关问题,将相关工作可靠性提升到一个新的节点。
The reliability of thermal protection directly affects the safe and stable operation of the generator set.(DL/T 261-2012)and"Twenty-five key requirements for preventing power production accidents"(Guoneng Security[2014]No.161 was implemented on April 15,2014)and other industry standards,and conduct a special reliability review on the potential hidden dangers and management loopholes of thermal system equipment from six aspects,look for problems in thermal protection,make scientific adjustments according to the problems,and there will be thermal control from the source.The related problems caused by the system and hardware equipment 2 have raised the reliability of related work to a new node.
