E标视频监控系统现场清晰度检测方法

摘要 视频监控系统是安全技术防范的重要内容。现行清晰度检测认定方法源自于模拟电视时代,采用电视线数测试卡为靶标,以观察系统的水平清晰度(TVL)。随着视频监控系统技术的进步,应用规模的扩大,以及为满足既有系统在保持最终使用设置状态下进行检测认定的需求,现行方法对视频监控系统清晰度的检测评价方法的局限性逐渐显现。主要体现在:现行评价检测的范围不是在最终使用设置状态下进行,故检测结果具有局限性;现行评价检测体系所使用的视频清晰度指标要求如“体貌特征”“面部特征”等文字描述,与其所对应的视频清晰度指标等级如800线TVL、600线TVL等的对应关系不直观;传统的电视线(TVL)来表示视频监控系统清晰度评价体系框架难于实现精确、合理、经济的安全防范风险控制,存在过度投入或应用潜能未能有效发挥的现象。 Video surveillance system is an important part of security technology.The current definition detection and identification method originates from the era of analog TV.The TV line number test card is used as the target to observe the horizontal definition(TVL)of the system.With the progress of video surveillance system technology,the expansion of application scale,and in order to meet the needs of detection and identification of the existing system while maintaining the final use setting state,the limitations of the current method on the detection and evaluation method of video surveillance system clarity gradually appear.It is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:①The scope of current evaluation and detection is not carried out in the final use setting state,so the detection results are limited.②The video definition index requirements used in the current evaluation and detection system,such as"physical features","facial features"and other text descriptions,are not intuitive with their corresponding video definition index levels,such as 800 line TVL and 600 line TVL.③The traditional TV line(TVL)represents the definition evaluation system framework of video surveillance system,which is difficult to achieve accurate,reasonable and economic security risk control,and there is the phenomenon of excessive investment or failure to give full play to the application potential.
