摘要 目的采用网络药理学探索双黄连注射液(SHLI)致敏的作用靶点,探讨其致敏作用机制。方法依据TCMSP等筛选SHLI活性成分的作用靶点,在OMIM数据库寻找过敏靶点,映射分析筛选出SHLI引发过敏的潜在靶点。通过R project对靶点基因进行GO富集分析和KEGG代谢通路分析。结果共得到SHLI 25个活性成分中6个关键核心成分可通过9个关键靶点引起过敏反应,GO富集分析结果得到58个生物过程和89条KEGG通路。结论SHLI主要通过JAK-STAT信号通路、Th1/Th2分化通路、Th17分化、VEGF等信号通路引起过敏反应,为深入开展SHLI致敏物质基础研究及阐述其致敏机制提供理论依据。 Objective To screen the sensitization targets of Shuang Huang Lian Injection(SHLI),for investigating its sensitization mechanism.Methods The potential targets of SHLI-induced allergy were screened based on the TCMSP and other screening targets of SHLI active ingredients,and allergy targets were searched for in the OMIM database,and mapping analysis was performed to screen the potential targets of SHLI-induced allergy.GO enrichment analysis and KEGG metabolic pathway analysis of target genes were performed by R project.Results A total of 6 key core components out of 25 active ingredients of SHLI were obtained to cause allergic reactions through 9 key targets,and 58 biological processes and 89 KEGG pathways were obtained from GO enrichment analysis.Conclusion SHLI causes allergic reactions mainly through JAK-STAT signaling pathway、Th1/Th2 differentiation pathway、Th17 differentiation、VEGF signaling pathway and other signaling pathways,providing theoretical basis for in-depth research on the basis of SHLI sensitizing substances and elaboration of its sensitizing mechanism.
