加减黄芪汤治疗气虚型便秘的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Huangqi Decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency constipation

目的通过Meta分析来评估加减黄芪汤治疗气虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法使用计算机检索万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)国内数据库,收集数据库建库以来至2021年4月1日关于加减黄芪汤治疗气虚型便秘的随机对照研究,以应用单纯加减黄芪汤治疗为治疗组,使用西药治疗为对照组。依据纳入与排除标准筛选文献,并对纳入的文献应用改良后的Jadad量表进行文献质量评估。从文献中提取有效数据,然后运用Review Manager5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入文献共9篇,包括858例患者。分析结果显示,与西药治疗的对照组相比,加减黄芪汤治疗组的临床有效率为[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.10,1.40),P=0.0005],临床远期复发率为[RR=0.33,95%CI(0.23,0.47),P<0.00001],中医证候积分为[MD=-1.88,95%CI(-3.04,-0.87),P=0.001]。结论相比较于西药治疗的对照组,加减黄芪汤对于治疗气虚型便秘临床效果更好。

Objective This paper aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi Decoction in the treatment of constipation of qi deficiency type through the application of Meta analysis.Methods We searched Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China National Knowledge Network(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBMDisc)and VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP)by computer,and collected the randomized controlled trials of modified Huangqi Decoction for the treatment of constipation with qi deficiency since the establishment of the database until April 1,2021.The treatment group was treated with simple addition and subtraction of Huangqi Decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine.The literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the literature quality was evaluated by using the modified Jadad scale.Valid data were extracted from the literature and Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3 software.Results A total of 9 articles were included,including 858 patients.The analysis results of this study are as follows:Compared with the control group treated with western medicine,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group treated with Huangqi Decoction was[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.10,1.40),P=0.0005],and the long-term clinical recurrence rate was[RR=0.33,95%CI(0.23,0.47),P<0.00001].TCM syndrome score was[MD=-1.88,95%CI(-3.04,-0.87),P=0.001].Conclusion Compared with the control group treated with western medicine,modified Huangqi Decoction has better clinical effect on the treatment of qi deficiency constipation.
