丙戊酸镁缓释片联合富马酸喹硫平片在伴有焦虑症状双相情感障碍患者治疗中的应用

Application of Magnesium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets Combined with Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder and Co-existing Anxiety

目的探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片联合富马酸喹硫平片在伴有焦虑症状双相情感障碍患者治疗中的应用。方法选取2020年3月~2021年4月收治的80例伴有焦虑症状双相情感障碍患者作为本次研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组(42例)和对照组(38例),观察组采用丙戊酸镁缓释片联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗,对照组采用富马酸喹硫平片治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果改善情况,对比两组患者治疗前后精神情况、焦虑情况、抑郁情况、睡眠情况、不良反应和生活质量的差异。结果观察组联合用药治疗的有效率为90.47%,明显高于对照组73.68%;治疗前两组患者的焦虑抑郁量表评分无差异,治疗后观察组焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者生活质量无差异,治疗后观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率为23.8%,对照组不良反应发生率为68.42%,观察组发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸镁缓释片联合富马酸喹硫平片治疗对于伴有焦虑症状双相情感障碍有较好的治疗效果,对于患者的焦虑抑郁症状有较明显的改善作用,提升治疗效果,降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets combined with quetiapine fumarate tablets in the treatment of bipolar disorder and co-existing anxiety.Methods Eighty patients with bipolar disorder and co-existing anxiety in our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=42)received magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets combined with quetiapine fumarate tablets,while the control group(n=38)received quetiapine fumarate tablets only.Then the treatment efficacy,the scores of anxiety symptoms,depression symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy was 90.47% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 73.68% of the control group;The scores of anxiety and depression scales showed no significant difference between the two groups at the baseline,while the scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The quality of life score yielded no significant difference between the two groups at the baseline,while the post-treatment score was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The adverse reaction rate was 23.8% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 68.42% in the control group.Conclusion Compared with quetiapine fumarate tablets treatment,its combination with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bipolar disorder and co-existing anxiety has greater improvement in clinical symptoms and lower rate of adverse reactions.
