肌肉针刺疗法联合肌内效贴改善中风偏瘫患者肌力的疗效研究

Study on the curative effect of muscle acupuncture combined with intramuscular effect patch on improving the muscle strength of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的肌肉针刺疗法联合肌内效贴改善中风偏瘫患者肌力的疗效研究。方法选取2019年1月~2021年1月治疗的80例中风偏瘫患者作为研究对象,将其随机双盲分为两组,对照组40例,接受传统肌肉针刺疗法,研究组40例,在接受传统针刺疗法的基础上联合肌内效贴进行治疗。以倾向评分法(PS匹配法、PS调整法、PS分层法、PS加权法)分析两组患者肌力疗效。结果治疗前,两组MAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组评分均有所下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组FCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组评分均有所上升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组肢体运动功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组评分均有所上升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌肉针刺疗法联合肌内效贴可有效改善中风偏瘫患者肌力的疗效,降低痉挛程度,提高肢体运动功能,增强治疗效果。

Objective To study the curative effect of muscle acupuncture combined with intramuscular patch for improving muscle strength in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods Eighty patients with stroke hemiplegia treated from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were double-blind and randomly divided into two groups.The control group had 40 patients who received traditional muscle acupuncture therapy,and the study group had 40 patients.On the basis of traditional acupuncture therapy,combined with intramuscular effect patch for treatment.Propensity score method(PS matching method,PS adjustment method,PS stratification method,PS weighting method)was used to analyze the efficacy of muscle strength between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the MAS scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,the FCA scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,the scores of limb motor function of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were both Increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Muscle acupuncture therapy combined with intramuscular patch can effectively improve the efficacy of muscle strength in patients with stroke hemiplegia,reduce the degree of spasticity,improve the motor function of the limbs,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
