目前市场上基本都采用柴油液压动力提供动力来源的收油机,体积比较大,重量也相对较重,使用不方便,不适用于内陆江河涌溪湖库塘等遮蔽水域。因此,研究出了一种轻便的小型电动双级堰式收油机,能够在内陆江河涌溪湖库塘等遮蔽水体使用。介绍了小型电动双机堰式收油机工作原理、作业环境适应性能、溢油回收性能、应用前景等。

Presently, the common skimmer in the market basically uses diesel hydraulic power, which, characterized by large volume,heavy weight, inconvenience for utilization, does not apply to the vast inland sheltered waters, such as rivers, lakereservoirs, ponds,etc. In view of the above, a portable skimmer, i.e. the small electric double-stage weir skimmer, has been developed aiming at being used in sheltered waters. This paper introduces the working principle, adaptability to the operational environment, oil spill recovery performance, and the application prospect of the skimmer.
