Accelerate the Construction of a Shipping Power, Fully Implement the "Two Guarantees and One Realization", and Promote the Sound and Sustainable Economic Development by Providing Strong Transportation Support

航运作为全球经济贸易最主要的载体,是国内国际双循环的血脉乃至命脉,对世界经济的影响深远而重大。当前,我国经济正处于爬坡过坎的重要关头,必须更好地发挥航运在经济发展中的重要作用。通过分析当前航运发展面临的机遇和挑战,从“稳、优、强”三个方面提出相关措施建议,力争为加快建设航运强国、交通强国,促进我国经济持续健康发展提供参考。

Shipping, as the main carrier of global economy and trade, is vital to domestic and international dual circulation, and has a significant impact on world economy. At present, China’s economy is at a critical juncture of development. It is essential to give full play to the important role of shipping in economic development. Based on a study of the current opportunities and challenges, this paper puts forward measures and suggestions from the three aspects of "stability, superiority and strength", in the hope of providing reference for accelerating the construction of a country with strength both in shipping and transportation and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy.
