甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗伴2型糖尿病突发性耳聋疗效及临床价值研究

Study on the Efficacy and Clinical Value of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate Behind the Ear for Sudden Deafness Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes

目的 分析2型糖尿病突发性耳聋患者应用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗的临床疗效及价值。方法 于我院2019年3月~2021年3月治疗且符合研究标准的2型糖尿病突发性耳聋患者中筛选138例为探究对象,全部患者临床资料完整保存并应用随机平衡综合法分组,将接受常规治疗的69例患者纳入参照组,将接受甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗的69例患者纳入实验组。连续治疗10天后评价疗效、血糖水平、纯音听阈值、并发症情况。结果 治疗后组间血糖水平、纯音听阈值均有明显改善,实验组治疗总有效率为95.65%,明显较参照组高,P<0.05;实验组FPG、2hPG、HbAIC水平均显著较参照组低,P<0.05;实验组纯音听阈值明显低于参照组,P<0.05;实验组并发症率为2.90%,明显低于参照组的11.59%,P<0.05。结论 应用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射治疗2型糖尿病突发性耳聋具有理想的价值,可有效改善患者纯音听阈值水平,有利于降低血糖水平及相关并发症风险,对减轻疾病损害具有重要作用,具有临床借鉴价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and value of post-auricular injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in type 2 diabetic patients with sudden deafness. Methods 138 patients with sudden deafness of type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 and met the research criteria were selected as the subjects of investigation. The clinical data of all patients were completely preserved and the disease was grouped by random balance synthesis method. 69 patients who received conventional treatment were included in the reference group, and 69 patients who received methylprednisolone sodium succinate behind the ear injection were included in the experimental group. After 10 days of continuous treatment, the curative effect, blood sugar level, pure tone hearing threshold, and complications were evaluated. Results After treatment, the blood glucose level and pure tone hearing threshold were significantly improved. The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was95.65 %, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group, P<0.05;the levels of FPG, 2 hPG,and HbAIC in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, P<0.05;the pure tone hearing threshold of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,P<0.05;the complication rate of the experimental group was 2.90%, which was significantly lower than that of the reference group11.59%, P<0.05. Conclusion Behind the ear injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate has ideal value in the treatment of sudden deafness in type 2 diabetes. It can effectively improve the pure tone hearing threshold level of patients, help reduce blood sugar levels and the risk of related complications, and reduce disease damage.
