鼻窦内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉对患者嗅觉功能的影响

Effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on olfactory function in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的 观察分析鼻窦内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉对患者嗅觉功能的影响。方法 40例患者分为观察、对照两组,分别接受鼻窦内镜手术和常规手术治疗。比对两组患者的治疗成效以及手术前、术后2周、4周、8周时的CCCRC嗅觉功能评分。结果 (1)观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,P<0.05;(2)手术前,两组患者CCCRC评分无显著差异,P>0.05;手术2周、4周、8周后,观察组评分均高于对照组,且评分逐渐增加,P<0.05。结论 鼻窦内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的治疗成效优于常规上颌窦根治术,患者嗅觉功能改善效果更明显。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on olfactory function in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 40 patients were divided into observation group and control group. They were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery and routine surgery. The therapeutic effect and CCCRC olfactory function scores before operation, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group(P < 0.05);(2) Before operation, there was no significant difference in CCCRC score between the two groups(P > 0.05);After 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks of operation, the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores gradually increased, P < 0.05. Conclusion The effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps is better than that of conventional maxillary sinus surgery, and the improvement of olfactory function is more obvious.
