耳内镜技术在外耳道胆脂瘤患者中的应用

Application of otoscope in patients with cholesteatoma of external auditory canal

目的 分析耳内镜技术在外耳道胆脂瘤患者中的应用。方法 回顾分析外耳道胆脂瘤患者的耳内镜手术疗效,回顾样本共28例,均为外耳道胆脂瘤者,回顾时段2019年09月01日~2021年06月01日,随机数字表法分为2组,对照组显微镜下外耳道胆脂瘤切除术,观察组耳内镜下外耳道胆脂瘤切除术,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后听阈恢复。结果 2组数据分析,观察组临床疗效更高、治疗后听阈恢复数据更优(P<0.05)。结论 针对外耳道胆脂瘤患者而言,给予耳内镜下外耳道胆脂瘤切除术,治疗价值高。

Objective To analyze the application of otoscope in patients with cholesteatoma of the external auditory canal. Methods A retrospective analysis of the efficacy of otoscope in patients with cholesteatoma of the external auditory canal. A total of 28 samples were reviewed, all of whom were cholesteatomas. The review period was from September 1, 2019 to June 1, 2021, and was divided into random number tables. In the 2 groups, the control group underwent external auditory canal cholesteatoma resection under microscope, and the observation group underwent endoscopic external ear canal cholesteatoma resection.The clinical efficacy and hearing threshold recovery before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results According to the data analysis of the two groups, the observation group had higher clinical efficacy and better hearing threshold recovery data after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with cholesteatoma of the external auditory canal, endoscopic resection of external auditory canal cholesteatoma is of high therapeutic value.
