二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺癌的有效性及临床价值研究

Study on the Effectiveness and Clinical Value of Two-dimensional and Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Thyroid Cancer

目的 探究并分析在甲状腺癌疾病患者的临床诊断中应用二维和彩色多普勒超声诊断的效果和价值。方法回顾性方式进行此次研究,将我院2019.1-2021.2内80例甲状腺癌患者纳入研究,遵从“计算机随机分组法”将其分为对照组(38例,二维超声检查)和观察组(42例,二维+彩色多普勒超声);后以病理检查结果视为金标准,观察临床诊断结果和超声强度、多普勒血流信号等信息。结果 诊断符合率分析:观察组高达95.2%,对照组仅78.9%,P<0.05。观察组检查技术下,超声强度数值较高,多普勒血流信号主要集中在Ⅱ级,收缩峰期值流速、阻力指数也明显比对照组高,两组数值相较,P<0.05。结论 在甲状腺癌疾病患者的临床诊断中应用二维+彩色多普勒超声诊断效果显著,可提高诊断符合率的同时为临床后续治疗提供数据支持。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect and value of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of patients with thyroid cancer. Methods This study was conducted in a retrospective manner.80 patients with thyroid cancer in our hospital from 2019.1-2021.2 were included in the study, and they were divided into a control group(38 cases, two-dimensional ultrasound examination) and an observation group according to the “computer randomized grouping method”(42 cases, two-dimensional + color Doppler ultrasound);afterwards, the pathological examination results were regarded as the gold standard, and clinical diagnosis results and information such as ultrasound intensity and Doppler blood flow signal were observed. Results Analysis of diagnostic coincidence rate: up to 95.2% in the observation group and only 78.9% in the control group, P<0.05. Under the inspection technology of the observation group, the ultrasound intensity value was higher, the Doppler blood flow signal was mainly concentrated in level II, and the peak systolic value of the flow rate and resistance index were also significantly higher than those of the control group.The two groups’ values were compared, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of two-dimensional + color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of patients with thyroid cancer has a significant diagnostic effect, which can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate and provide data support for clinical follow-up treatment.
