克拉霉素联合布地奈德对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后的康复作用

Effect of clarithromycin and Buddenide on nasal endoscopic rehabilitation in patients with chronic nasal-sinusitis with nasal polyp

目的 研究克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗方法在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)中的治疗效果。方法研究方法为对照分析法,资料为我院2019年1月~2021年1月收治的CRSwNP患者,总计62例,其中对照组31例,观察组31例,对照组使用布地奈德喷鼻剂治疗,观察组在布地奈德基础上联合使用克拉霉素,对比两组治疗有效率,统计不同治疗方法下鼻气道阻力和黏膜功能评分。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异显著,统计学角度分析存在意义(P<0.05);观察组鼻气道阻力值和鼻粘膜功能评分均降低,与对照组比较差异明显,统计学价值显著(P<0.05)。结论 克拉霉素联合布地奈德方案对CRSwNP患者内镜术康复治疗效果显著,可提高治疗有效率,降低鼻气道阻力和黏膜功能等重要指标。鉴于联合方案效果明显,可对其进行推广应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of clarithromycin and Budonide in chronic nasal-sinusitis with nasal polyp(CRSwNP).Methods The research method was control analysis, with 62 CRSwNP patients treated in January 2019, ~ in January 2021,31,31 observation group, Budinide nasal spray, and clarithromycin on Budinide basis, compared efficiently, and counted nasal airway resistance and mucosal function scores in different treatments.Results The treatment efficiency was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the nasal airway resistance and nasal mucosa function scores were decreased, significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin and Budinide were effective on endoscopic rehabilitation in CRSwNP patients, which can improve treatment efficiency and reduce nasal airway resistance and mucosal function. Given the obvious effect of the joint scheme, it can be popularized and applied.
