评价雷贝拉唑及莫沙必利治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的效果

To evaluate the effects of rabeprazole and mosapride in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis

目的 探讨反流性咽喉炎(LPR)患者采取雷贝拉唑及莫沙必利治疗的效果。方法 取2018年5月到2020年9月间收治的95例LPR患者作为本次研究对象,以简单随机方法把95例患者分为常规组(n=47)与观察组(n=48),对所有常规组患者采取雷贝拉唑药物治疗,对所有观察组患者采取雷贝拉唑及莫沙必利治疗,组间对比两组患者治疗有效率、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,观察组(95.83%)与常规组(72.34%)相比,治疗有效率明显较高,P <0.05;常规组生活质量评分明显低于常规组,P<0.05;同时观察组各项不良反应情况显著低于常规组,P<0.05(差异均具有统计学意义)。结论 采取雷贝拉唑及莫沙必利治疗效果优良,能显著提高治疗的效果,还能提升其生活水平,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of rabeprazole and mosapride in patients with reflux pharyngitis(LPR). Methods A total of 95 patients with LPR between May 2018 and September 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. The 95 patients were divided into a routine group(n =47)and an observation group(n =48) by a simple random method. All patients in the routine group were treated with rabeprazole, and all patients in the observation group were treated with rabeprazole and mosapride. The treatment efficiency, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group(95.83%) had a significantly higher treatment efficiency compared with the routine group(72.34%), P <0.05;the routine group’s quality of life score was significantly lower than that of the routine group, P <0.05;the observation group The adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the routine group, P <0.05(the difference was statistically significant). Conclusion The treatment effect of rabeprazole and mosapride is excellent, which can significantly improve the effect of treatment and improve their living standards. It is worthy of promotion and application.
