UPPP术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的有效性及安全性研究

Effectiveness and safety of UPPP in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的 讨论UPPP术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的效果。方法 2019年4月-2021年5月,将80例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者作为本次研究对象,入选患者均接受UPPP术治疗,观察指标:治疗1个月后疗效、各项临床指标及生活质量指标。结果 80例患者治疗后共有50例显效、27例有效、3例无效,总有效率为96.25%(77/80)。治疗后患者的呼吸紊乱指数、呼吸暂停低通气时间指数指标明显比治疗前低,而最低血氧饱和度明显高于治疗前。治疗后患者的生活质量改善情况明显优于治疗前,P<0.05。结论UPPP术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效显著,利于明显改善临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of UPPP in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods From April 2019 to May 2021, 80 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were selected as the subjects of this study. All the enrolled patients received UPPP. Observation indicators: The curative effect, clinical indexes and life quality indexes after 1 month of treatment. Results After treatment, 50 cases were significantly effective, 27 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.25%(77/80). After treatment, the respiratory disorder index and apnea hypopnea duration index were significantly lower than before treatment, while the minimum blood oxygen saturation was significantly higher than before treatment. The improvement of oral quality of life after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment, P < 0.05. Conclusion UPPP is effective in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
