急诊耳鼻喉处理的护理需求及影响因素分析

Nursing needs and influencing factors of emergency ear, nose and throat treatment

目的 探讨急诊耳鼻喉疾病患者对护理的需求以及相关影响因素。方法 选取2021年1~6月在我院行急诊治疗的42例耳鼻喉疾病患者作为调查对象,通过调查问卷了解其对护理的需求。结果 患者对健康科普知识、人文关怀及护理技术的需求较高,对疾病档案管理需求较低;进一步研究发现,年龄、受教育程度及合并症均是影响需求程度的相关因素。结论 急诊耳鼻喉科疾病的患者的护理需求差异较大,临床应根据不同患者的需求提供个体化的护理干预。

Objective To explore the nursing needs and related influencing factors of patients with emergency ear, nose and throat disease. Methods Select 42 patients with ear, nose and throat disease who underwent emergency treatment in our hospital from January to June 2021 as the survey subjects, and understand their needs for nursing through questionnaires. Results Patients have a higher demand for health science knowledge,humanistic care and nursing techniques, and a lower demand for disease file establishment;further research found that age, education and comorbidities are the related factors of the nursing needs. Conclusion The nursing needs of patients with emergency ear, nose and throat diseases are quite different, and clinics should provide individualized nursing interventions according to the needs of different patients.
