摘要
中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司重油催化裂化装置在原料铁含量高的环境下增产液化石油气、丙烯。第一阶段为空白标定阶段。第二阶段采用CMT催化剂体系,在相同操作条件下,通过在提升管不同位置回炼汽油,液化石油气中丙烯体积分数增长约1.0百分点。在第三阶段,通过改变操作条件、控制催化剂活性,在相同汽油回炼量下,液化石油气中的丙烯体积分数增长3~4百分点,最终得到回炼粗汽油,且进入提升管靠下的喷嘴,结合增加装置剂油比,丙烯收率可达8%以上,达到降油增化目的。
The RFCC unit of SINOPEC Hainan Refining&Chemical Co.,Ltd.increases the production of propylene in LPG in the environment polluted by high content iron.The first stage is blank calibration stage,and the second stage adopts CMT catalyst system.The volume fraction of propylene in LPG increases by about 1.0%by recycling gasoline at different positions of riser.In the third stage,by changing the operating conditions and controlling the catalyst activity,the volume fraction of propylene in LPG increases by 3%~4%under the same amount of recycled gasoline,and the crude gasoline is finally refined and enters the lower nozzle of the riser.Combined with increasing the ratio of agent to oil in the device,the yield of propylene can reach more than 8%,achieving the purpose of decreasing oil and increasing chemical.
