摘要
以两亲性嵌段共聚物聚苯乙烯-b-聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)[PS_(111)-b-PNIPAM_(x)(x=30,60,84)]为模板剂,采用软模板法制备了导电聚合物聚苯胺(PANI)。通过调节模板剂亲水段的长度,实现了PANI粒径及粒径分布的有效调控。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外-可见分光光度计、粒度分析、循环伏安、计时电位及交流阻抗测试对PANI的结构、粒径分布及电化学性能进行了表征。结果表明:制备的PANI粒径小于145nm且分布指数较小;当模板剂亲水段长度为84时,PANI的电化学性能最佳,在电流密度1A/g条件下放电比电容可达1117.67F/g。
Polyaniline(PANI)particles were prepared by using block copolymer polystyrene-b-poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)[PS_(111)-b-PNIPAM_(x)(x=30,60,84)]as template.The size and size distribution of PANI particles were effectively controlled by adjusting the hydrophilic segment length of the template.Structural characterization was done by FT-IR and UV-Vis.The morphology and electrochemical properties of the products were characterized by granularity test,cyclic voltammetry,chronopotentiometry and electrochemical impedance measurements.The results shown that the particle size of PANI was below 145 nm and the distribution index was small,indicating that the particle size is uniform.When the hydrophilic segment length of the template was 84,the electrochemical performance of PANI was the best,and the discharge specific capacitance can reach 1117.67 F/g at current density of 1 A/g.
