摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG)和改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要原料,利用化学发泡法制备了不同异氰酸酯指数(R值)的PEG基聚氨酯泡沫(P-PUF)。通过红外光谱、光学显微镜、热失重、吸水率和力学性能测试研究了R值对P-PUF结构与性能的影响。结果表明,随着R值的增加,P-PUF的热稳定性、吸水率和拉伸强度均先增加后减小,泡孔直径整体呈增大趋势;R=0.8时,P-PUF的吸水率为1666%,干燥状态拉伸强度为607kPa,起始分解温度为382.34℃,综合性能最佳。
Polyethylene glycol-based polyurethane foams(P-PUF)with different isocyanate indexes(R value)were prepared,based on the main materials of polyethylene glycol(M;=2000)and modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate,by chemical foaming method.The effect of R value on the structure and performance of P-PUF was studied through FT-IR,optical microscope,TG,and water absorptionand mechanical property testing.The results shown that with the increase of R value,the cell diameter of P-PUF tended to increase.And the thermal stability,water absorption and tensile strength all increased first and then decreased.When R was 0.8,the P-PUF shown the best overall performance,the water absorption reached 1666%,the tensile strength 607 kPa and the onset decomposition temperature 382.34℃.
