关于我国高质量发展内涵界定的若干研究观点综述

Literature Review of Research Viewpoints on the Defi nition of the Connotation of China’s High-quality Development

我国经济发展进入高质量发展阶段后,国内专家学者围绕高质量发展的内涵做了大量的探索研究和创新。通过对现有研究成果和观点的汇总梳理发现:不同专家学者解读的视角不同,归纳起来主要有三方面的侧重点。一是从“质量”的经济学理论角度出发,侧重解读高质量发展的本质;二是从发展理念和发展目标角度出发,侧重解释高质量发展的终极目标和落脚点;三是从高质量发展的特征表现出发,侧重说明推进高质量发展的方向。同时,通过文献数量分析发现,目前学术界对高质量发展内涵的研究观点开始出现收敛趋势,但尚未形成统一的界定。因此,未来关于高质量发展内涵的研究重点不在于横向扩展研究视角,而应该对已有观点进行高度凝练,尽快形成统一的被学术界普通认可的精准界定。

After the conclusion that China’s economic development has entered a high-quality development stage,domestic experts and scholars have done a lot of explorations,studies and innovations in terms of the connotation of high-quality development.By summarizing and sorting out the existing research results and viewpoints,it is found that different experts and scholars have different interpretations,and there are three main points of focus.First,from the perspective of the economics theory of“quality”,it focuses on interpreting the essence of high-quality development;second,starting from the perspective of development concepts and goals,it puts an emphasis on explaining the ultimate goal and foothold of high-quality development;third,in view of the characteristic and representations of high-quality development,it stresses the direction of promoting high-quality development.At the same time,through the quantitative analysis of the literature,it is found that the current academic research views on the connotation of high-quality development have begun to be mild,but a unified definition has not yet been formed.Therefore,the focus of future research on the connotation of high-quality development is not to expand the research perspective horizontally,but to highly condense the existing viewpoints and form a unifi ed and precise defi nition that is generally recognized by the academic community as soon as possible.
