摘要
数智化和传统行业的跨界融合,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。人力资源服务业如何在VUCA新常态下展现强大的韧性和活力,数智化赋能转型升级成为趋势。本文基于数智化赋能发展现状,分析了数智化赋能人力资源服务业的发展障碍,从促进人力资源服务业信息化均衡发展、实现区域信息共享,优化战略产业结构布局、打造数智化人力资本产业园,加强行业数智化人才队伍和一站式共享云平台建设、构建机器伦理、行业自律和国家法律、增补道德和法规短板等方面探析了数智化赋能的发展路径,以期为人力资源服务业成功续航提供借鉴和参考。
The cross-border integration of digital intelligence and traditional industries has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.How can the human resources service industry show strong resilience and vitality under the new normal of VUCA?The transformation and upgrading of digital intelligence empowerment has become a trend.Based on the development status of digital intelligence empowerment,this research analyzes the development obstacles of digital intelligence empowering human resource service industry,exploring the development paths of digital intelligence empowerment from the perspectives of promoting the balanced development of informatization of human resource service industry,realizing regional information sharing,optimizing the layout of strategic industrial structure,building digital-intelligence human capital industrial park,strengthening the cultivation of industry talent team for digital intelligence and the construction of one-stop sharing cloud platforms,building machine ethics,industry self-discipline and national laws,overcoming moral and legal shortcomings,hoping to provide reference for the successful development of human resource service industry.
