“旺工淡学”背景下旅游从业人员英语学习路径研究--以海南省为例

Research on the English Learning Paths of Tourism Practitioners under the Background of“Corporate Practice in the Peak Season and School Learning in the Off-season”--Taking Hainan Province as an Example

“旺工淡学,工学交替”人才培养模式的提出,是为了解决旅游淡旺季之间游客流动性大以及用工荒并存的人才潮汐问题。海南作为具备得天独厚旅游资源的大省,旅游淡旺季差别明显,且随着海南自由贸易港和海南国际旅游消费中心建设进程的不断加快,提升海南旅游从业人员的英语水平至关重要。本文以海南省为例,探究海南省旅游从业人员英语专业技能学习现状,并在“旺工淡学”背景下针对现状提出一系列解决方案,以供参考。

The talent training model of“corporate practice in the peak season and school learning in the off-season with alternative work and learning”is proposed to solve the problem of talent tide with large tourist mobility and coexistence of labor shortages between tourist peak seasons.As a large province with unique tourism resources,Hainan has obvious differences between the off-peak and peak seasons of tourism.With the continuous acceleration of the construction process of Hainan free trade port and Hainan international tourism consumption center,it is very important to improve the English level of Hainan tourism practitioners.Taking Hainan Province as an example,this study explores the current situation of English professional skills learning of tourism practitioners in Hainan Province,and proposes a series of solutions for the current situation under the background of“corporate practice in the peak season and school learning in the off-season”for reference.
