中国家居智能制造技术研究与应用进展

Research and application progress of home intelligent manufacturing technologies in China

中国家居制造技术经历了“大规模定制”和“柔性制造”的信息化和数字化转型后,正快步向着智能制造推进。家居智能制造技术的引入,不仅改变了家居的设计方法、生产模式和经营模式,更是对企业生产与运作提出了更高的要求。通过文献查阅和企业实地调研的方法,对中国家居智能制造技术的发展历程进行了简要回顾;通过对家居产品数字化设计技术体系形成、从“烟囱”到“管道”的信息化管理技术转变、定制家居揉单生产模式技术体系的研发和数字化动态管控技术平台的搭建等方面分析,概述了中国家居智能制造技术研究现状;结合定制家居企业的产业化应用情况,总结了中国家居智能制造技术应用现状。针对现阶段家居产品属性和价值的变化、时代背景对家居智能制造的影响和家居智能制造技术推进过程中的挑战,分析了家居智能制造技术面临的新形式。依据对中国家居智能制造技术的理论分析及产业化应用情况,从家居生产过程的重新认识和家居智能制造技术升级关键点入手,对中国家居智能制造技术的发展进行了展望,以便为中国家居智能制造的转型升级和技术发展提供参考。

This paper introduces the research and application progress of home intelligent manufacturing technologies in China.Home manufacturing technologies in China have experienced “mass customization” and “flexible manufacturing” of information and digital transformation,which is rapidly moving towards intelligent manufacturing technology.The realization of smart home manufacturing technology not only changes the design method,production mode and business mode,but also puts forward higher requirements for enterprise production and operation.Through the comprehensive literature review,this paper summarizes the developing process of furniture intelligent manufacturing technology in China and the analysis of the formation of digital design technology system of home products.The furniture manufacturing industry has achieved transformation of information management technology from “chimney” to “pipeline”,made researches on the development of customized home mixed production mode technology system,established digital dynamic management platform and other aspects of analysis.Finally,the research status of home intelligent manufacturing technology in China is described.Combined with the industrialized application of customized furniture enterprises,the current situation of China’s home smart manufacturing technology application is illustrated.In view of the changes in the property and value of home products at present,and the influence of the era on home intelligent manufacturing and the challenges in the process of promoting home intelligent manufacturing technology,this paper analyzes the new forms of home intelligent manufacturing technology.Through the theoretical analysis and industrial application of home intelligent manufacturing technology in China,the development of home intelligent manufacturing technology in China is prospected from the re-understanding of home production process and the key points of home intelligent manufacturing technology upgrading.The smart home furniture manufacturing technology is a powerful,affordable real-time location system for easily managing its valuable furniture design methods,equipment,tools,engineers and workers.This study provides references for the transformation and upgrading of home intelligent manufacturing and technology research and development in China.
