基于最小误差分析法的城市道路汽车行驶工况构建方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为优化汽车行驶性能,构建反映真实道路情况的汽车行驶工况和汽车运动评估体系,本研究提出了一种基于最小误差分析的汽车行驶工况构建方法。首先利用删除或插值补充的方式对异常数据进行处理,消除数据采集时的误差,同时根据运动学片段的定义对处理后的数据进行运动学片段划分;其次为降低特征参数的数量,简化计算,采用主成分分析对所给9种特征参数降维,同时采用k-means聚类算法将运动学片段划分为低速、中速和高速三种;最后基于最小误差分析的方法构建出了汽车行驶工况曲线,并使用综合参数值(Comprehensive Parameter Value,CPV)对所构汽车工况曲线进行合理性评价。仿真结果表明:采用最小误差分析法构建的汽车工况曲线CPV仅为1.218 3,各个特征值的相对误差也在误差范围内,行驶工况拟合度较高,可以为构建汽车行驶工况曲线提供参考。 In order to optimize the driving performance of the car and construct a car driving condition and car motion evaluation system that reflects the real road conditions,this research proposes a method of constructing a car driving condition based on the minimum error analysis.Firstly,the abnormal data is processed by deleting or interpolation to eliminate the error during data collection.At the same time,the processed data is divided into kinematic segments according to the definition of kinematic segments;then,to reduce the number of feature parameters and simplify the calculation,principal component analysis is used to reduce the dimensions of the nine characteristic parameters,and the k-means clustering algorithm is used to divide the kinematics into three types of low speed,medium speed and high speed.Finally,the vehicle driving engineering is constructed based on the method of minimum error analysis.And use comprehensive parameter value (CPV) to evaluate the rationality of the constructed automobile working condition curve.The results show that the CPV of the automobile working condition curve constructed by the minimum error analysis method is 1.218 3,and the relative error of each characteristic value is also in error.Within the scope,it provides a reference for constructing automobile driving curve.
