冠心病心绞痛应用中医辨证治疗的效果观察

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndrome Differentiation on Treating Angina Pectoris due to Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心绞痛患者治疗中行中医辨证治疗的效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年10月我院接收的冠心病心绞痛患者200例,采用抽签方式将患者均分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组行西药治疗,观察组于西药治疗基础上辨证加用中药汤剂治疗,比较两组中医证候评分、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分(心悸、胸痛、胸闷、气短)降低(P<0.05);且观察组患者临床总有效率(97.00%)高于对照组(89.00%,P<0.05),不良反应发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(13.00%,P<0.05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗中,应用中医辨证治疗效果理想,可改善患者临床症状、减少不良反应的发生,推广可行性较高。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation on angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease).Methods Patients(200)treated in Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected using the lottery method.They were divided into control group and observation group,100 in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine while the observation group received Chinese medicine decoction based on syndrome differentiation in addition to western medicine treatment.The TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores(palpitation,chest pain,chest tightness,and shortness of breath)were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group(97.00%)had higher clinical total effective rate than the control group(89.00%,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation and control groups was 5.00%and 13.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease,TCM syndrome differentiation has ideal effects,which can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and is worthy promoting.
