加味千金苇茎汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热壅肺证的有效性分析

Effect of Modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction Combined with Budesonide on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的研究应用加味千金苇茎汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)痰热壅肺证的临床疗效。方法将武汉市蔡甸区中医医院于2020年4月-2021年6月收治的84例AECOPD痰热壅肺证患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。在两组均予常规对症治疗的基础上,对照组应用布地奈德治疗,观察组应用加味千金苇茎汤联合布地奈德治疗,比较治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率(95.24%)高于对照组(80.95%,P<0.05);两组患者中医证候评分均降低(P<0.05),肺功能指标均有所改善(P<0.05);且观察组中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用加味千金苇茎汤联合布地奈德治疗AECOPD痰热壅肺证,可改善患者的临床症状和肺功能,临床可进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of phlegm-heat blocking lung syndrome in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 84 patients with AECOPD who were admitted to our hospital from April to 2021 in 2020 were classified into the control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases)with the random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine symptomatic treatment and budesonide,and those in the observation group were offered routine symptomatic treatment,Qianjin Weijing Decoction,and budesonide.Results The total clinical effective rate(95.24%)of the observation group was higher(P<0.05)than that of the control group(80.95%).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the indexes of pulmonary function were improved(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower(P<0.05)than that in the control group,and the indexes of pulmonary function were better(P<0.05)than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was insignificantly different(P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion Modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction combined with budesonide can improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of AECOPD patients with phlegm-heat blocking lung syndrome,which can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
