中药材黑及草质量标准研究

Study on quality standard of Chinese herbal medicine Black and grass

目的初步建立中药材黑及草质量标准。方法参考《中国药典》2020年版方法,对中药材黑及草的质量控制方法进行研究,包括性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、水分检查、总灰分检查和浸出物检查。结果10批黑及草药材有相似的性状及显微特征;薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好;水分含量为8.9%〜10.2%,平均值9.3%,总灰分为2.8%~4.8%,平均值3.6%,热浸法醇溶性浸出物量为14.9%~22.3%,平均值19.4%。结论该方法操作简便、结果可靠,可为黑及草药材质量控制提供实验依据。

Objective To establish the quality standard o\Hatenia elliptica D.Don.Methods referring to the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition,the quality control methods of Halenia elliptica D.Don were studied,including character identification,microscopic identification,thin layer chromatography identification,moisture inspection,total ash inspection and extract inspection.Results 10 batches of Radix Isatidis had similar characters and microscopic characteristics;TLC spots are clear and the resolution is good;The moisture content is 8.9%〜10.2%,the average value is 9.3%,the total ash content is 2.8%〜4.8%,the average value is 3.6%,and the alcohol soluble extract by hot leaching method is 14.9%〜22.3%,the average value is 19.4%.Conclusion the method is simple and reliable,and can provide experimental basis for the quality control Halenia elliptica D.Don materials.
