“十四五”时期我国高校体育智库发展的内外环境、使命担当与路径研究

Internal and external environment,mission and path for sports think tanks in colleges and universities during the"14th Five-Year Plan"

“十四五”时期,我国高校体育智库面临着外部国内外体育发展新格局以及内部高校智库热进入冷却期的重大考验。高校体育智库作为体育治理的重要智力支撑,需要为体育发展提供新方案,为体育强国汇聚新智慧,为体育发展传播新思想,为体育外交建设新平台。从研究、管理和传播层面提出了“十四五”时期高校体育智库发展的现实路径:创新高校体育智库研究范式;保障行政、科研与人才管理差异有序;促进多元高校体育智库网路的建构。

During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,college sports think tanks are faced with the new pattern of external and domestic sports development and the status quo of the"seven-year itch"of internal think tank construction.In the new era,the think tanks need to provide new solutions for sports development,gather new wisdom for sports power,spread new ideas for sports development and build a new platform for sports diplomacy.Therefore,a realistic path for the development of the think tanks during the period is proposed from the aspects of research,management and communication:to innovate the research paradigm of the think tanks;to ensure the different but orderly administration,scientific research and talent management;to promote the construction of a diverse college sports think tank network.
