摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对体教融合以及体教结合政策的发展演变历程进行回顾和研究,深入探讨了体教结合到体教融合的演进特征。研究表明:从“体教结合”政策到2020年“体教融合”政策的提出,先后经历了体教结合的初期(1987—2000年)、成熟期(2000—2008年)、审视变迁时期(2008—2020年)以及体教融合时期(2020年至今);体教政策的演进呈现出了不断追求以人为本的价值取向、积极倡导体、教两部门的合作参与、始终重视竞技体育科学后备人才培养模式的建设、持续完善学校教育与竞技体育的精确对接等基本特征。应从找寻体教之间的平衡点,以法律法规保障政策落地、打牢人才培养基础,转变人才培养模式、循序渐进,以优势项目为抓手,探索中国特色体教融合道路等方面探析新时代中国特色体教融合道路。
This study based on the literature data and logical analysis reviewed the development and evolution of the integration of sports and education,and deeply explored the evolution characteristics.Research shows that from the policy of"combination of sports and education"to the policy of"integration of sports and education"put forward in 2020,it has experienced the initial stage of the integration of sports and education(1987~2000),the mature period(2000~2008),the period of examination and change(2008~2020)and the period of integration of sports and education(2020 to present).Based on the perspective of policy analysis,the evolution of the sports education policy shows the continuous pursuit of people-oriented value orientation,actively advocates the cooperation and participation of the sports and education authorities,always attaches importance to the construction of the competitive sports science reserve talent training model,and continues to improve school education and competition.It is necessary to find a balance between sports and education,implement laws and regulations to ensure the implementation of policies,lay a solid foundation for talent training,change the talent training model,make progress gradually,use advantageous projects as the starting point,and explore the path of integration of sports and education with Chinese characteristics to explore the Chinese characteristics of the new era.
