体育锻炼赋能大学生主观幸福感提升:认知重评与心理韧性的链式中介作用 被引量:22

摘要 为考察体育锻炼对大学生主观幸福感的影响及其作用机制,采用体育活动等级量表、生活满意度量表、积极情感量表、情绪调节问卷和简式韧性量表对722名大学生进行调查,构建结构方程模型。研究结果:(1)体育锻炼能够提升大学生主观幸福感。(2)体育锻炼既可以直接影响大学生主观幸福感,又可以通过认知重评和心理韧性的中介作用间接影响大学生主观幸福感,具体路径为:①直接作用,体育锻炼→主观幸福感;②中介作用,体育锻炼→认知重评→主观幸福感;③中介作用,体育锻炼→心理韧性→主观幸福感;④链式中介作用,体育锻炼→认知重评→心理韧性→主观幸福感。结论:体育锻炼的身体参与性促进认知发展,积蓄心理能量,从而使大学生能够有效应对和适应生活中的挫折和压力,保持心态稳定,因此能够感知到更多的幸福。 To examine the influence of physical exercise on college students'subjective well-being and its mechanism,the study used physical activity rating scale,life satisfaction scale,positive affect scale,emotion regulation questionnaire and the Brief resilience scale to investigate 722 college students and construct structural equation models.It was found that(1)Physical exercise can enhance the subjective well-being of college students.(2)Physical exercise can affect college students'subjective well-being both directly and indirectly through the mediating effects of cognitive reappraisal and resilience,and the specific paths are:direct effect,physical exercise→subjective well-being;mediating effect,physical exercise→cognitive reappraisal→subjective well-being;mediating effect,physical exercise→resilience→subjective well-being;chain mediating effect,physical exercise→cognitive reappraisal→resilience→subjective well-being.Conclusion:Physical involvement of physical exercise promotes cognitive development and accumulates psychological energy,thus enabling them to effectively cope with and adapt to frustrations and stresses in life,maintain a stable state of mind,and therefore be able to perceive more happiness.
