“三喻文化”视域下的儿童人格培育

摘要 儿童时期是人格发展的关键期,近年来随着我国学前教育事业的快速发展,儿童人格的培育问题引起了社会各界持续和广泛的关注。文化会塑造和影响人,它与人格之间有着密不可分的关系。研究基于玛格丽特·米德“三喻文化”的视域,揭示出儿童人格发展需要三喻文化的原因,即:前喻文化是引领儿童人格发展的精神基石,并喻文化是引领儿童人格发展的重要手段,后喻文化是引领儿童人格发展的未来趋势,并从教师和家长的角度提出儿童人格培育的策略。 Childhood is the key period of personality development.In recent years,with the rapid development of preschool education in China,the cultivation of children’s personality has attracted sustained and extensive attention from all walks of life.Culture can shape and influence people,and it has an inseparable relationship with personality.Based on Margaret Mead’s perspective of“three-figurative culture”,this study reveals the reasons why children’s personality development needs three-figurative culture.Prefigurative culture is the spiritual cornerstone leading children’s personality development,and cofigurative culture is an important means leading children’s personality development.Postfigurative culture is the future trend leading children’s personality development,and puts forward the strategies of children’s personality cultivation from the perspective of teachers and parents.
