大数据时代高校实施精准思政的路径探析

人工智能、物联网、大数据等信息智能技术的发展为促进高校思想政治教育精准变革提供技术支撑,为思政工作提供了新的空间和手段。大数据时代高校实施精准思政,既是推进思想政治教育创新发展的重要举措,也是把握思想政治教育规律的根本遵循,更是提升思想政治教育针对性的内在需要。然而,大数据支撑下高校精准思政面临思想政治教育内容同学生需求匹配度不高、教师队伍缺乏数据治理能力、精准化变革教育存在数据伦理失范等困境。要解决这些困境,克服大数据带来的挑战,需要高校与教师精准供给、精准实施、精准治理,发挥大数据的技术支撑功能,为高校实施精准思政开辟新的进路。

The development of information intelligence technology such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and big data provides technical support for promoting the precise reform of ideological and political education(IPE) in colleges and universities, and provides new space and means for ideological and political work. The implementation of accurate IPE in the era of big data is not only an important measure to promote the innovative development of the work, but also a fundamental follow-up to grasp the law of it, and it is also an inherent need to enhance the pertinence of IPE. However, under the support of big data, the precise ideology of colleges and universities faces the dilemma that the content of IPE does not match the needs of students, the lack of data governance ability of the teacher team, and the lack of data ethics in precise reform education. To solve these problems and overcome the challenges brought by big data, it is necessary for colleges and universities and teachers to accurately supply, implement and govern accurately, give play to the technical support function of big data, and open up a new way for colleges and universities to implement accurate ideological and political education.
