老年专科护理联合家庭延续性护理在阿尔茨海默病中的应用

Application of Geriatric Specialist Nursing Combined with Family Continuity Nursing in Alzheimer’s Disease

目的探讨老年专科护理联合家庭延续性护理在阿尔茨海默病中的应用。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于博爱县中医院进行治疗的120例阿尔茨海默病患者,按照抽签法随机分为常规组(n=60)和试验组(n=60)。以常规护理为基础,常规组采用老年专科护理干预,试验组在常规组的基础上采用家庭延续性护理干预,两组干预周期均为12个月。比较两组患者干预前后生活质量、焦虑、抑郁、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、Barthel量表评分;比较两组患者护理干预期间不良事件发生率。结果与干预前比较,干预12个月后两组生活质量各项评分均升高,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05);与干预前比较,干预12个月后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且试验组低于常规组(P<0.05);与干预前比较,干预12个月后两组MMSE、Barthel评分均升高,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组不良事件的发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论老年专科护理联合家庭延续性护理可有效提高阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量、认知功能以及日常生活能力,消除患者不良情绪,降低不良事件发生风险。

Objective To explore the application of geriatric specialist nursing combined with family continuity nursing n Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with Alzheimer's disease treated in Boai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group(n=60)and experimental group(n=60)by lottery.On the basis of routine nusing,the conventional group was treated with geriatric specialist nursing intervention,and the experimental group was treated with family continuity nursing intervention on the basis of routine group.The intervention cycle of both groups was 12 months.The quality of life,anxiety,depression,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and Barthel scale scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.The incidence of adverse events during nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results After 12 months o intervention,the scores of quality of life in both groups increased,and the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 12 months of intervention,MMSE and Barthel scores increased in both groups,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Geriatric specialist nursing combined with family continuity nursing can efectively improve the quality of life,cognitive function and daily living ability of patients with Alzheimer’s disease,eliminate adverse emotions and reduce the risk of adverse events.
