心理护理合并音乐疗法对老年女性脑卒中患者焦虑及抑郁心理的影响研究

Study on the effect of psychological nursing combined with music therapy on anxiety and depression in elderly female patients with stroke

目的探讨心理护理合并音乐疗法对老年女性脑卒中患者焦虑及抑郁心理研究。方法选取厦门市海沧医院急诊科2020年6月至2021年6月确诊为脑卒中的老年女性患者68例,比较心理护理合并音乐疗法治疗前后患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HDRS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、神经功能缺损评分(NDS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分结果差异。结果接受心理护理合并音乐疗法后,HAMA、HDRS和NDS评分低于治疗前,ADL评分较治疗前上升,患者焦虑和抑郁情况明显好转(P<0.05);同时患者治疗后孤僻、疲劳感和自身角色不适应感显著下降,对心理护理治疗的自信程度增加(P<0.05)。结论心理护理合并音乐疗法能够改善老年女性脑卒中患者焦虑及抑郁心理,促进患者脑部功能的恢复和对生活的热爱,对预防和治疗老年女性脑卒中患者焦虑及抑郁心理状态有积极的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with music therapy on anxiety and depression in elderly female patients with stroke.Methods A total of 68 elderly female patients with stroke diagnosed in the Department of Emergency Medicine of Xiamen Haicang Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected.The scores rated by Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HDRS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Neurological Deficit Scale(NDS)as well as the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score before and after psychological nursing combined with music therapy were compared.Results Upon psychological nursing combined with music therapy,HAMA,HDRS and NDS scores were lower than those before treatment,the ADL score was higher than that before treatment,and patients’anxiety and depression were significantly improved(P<0.05).At the same time,the patients’loneliness,fatigue and poor self-role adaptation decreased significantly after treatment,and their confidence in psychological nursing treatment increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with music therapy can improve the anxiety and depression of elderly female stroke patients,promote the recovery of brain function and love for life,and play a positive role in the prevention and treatment of anxiety and depression of elderly female stroke patients.
