个体化饮食护理对复发性口腔溃疡患者愈合速度、免疫功能的影响

Effects of individualized dietary nursing on healing rate and immune function in patients with recurrent oral ulcers

目的观察个体化饮食护理对复发性口腔溃疡患者愈合速度、免疫功能的影响。方法选取宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院口腔科于2019年12月至2020年12月接收的复发性口腔溃疡患者160例,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组各80例,对照组接受常规护理模式,观察组行个体化饮食护理模式,比较两组护理疗效,愈合时间、疼痛持续时间及护理治疗前、后免疫功能情况。结果观察组护理总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预前,两组免疫功能相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、SIgA水平均显著高于对照组,CD8^(+)、IgG水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组愈合时间、疼痛持续时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化饮食护理模式对复发性口腔溃疡患者护理的疗效显著,安全性好,多加推广应用,有助于提高护理效果,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To observe the effects of individualized dietary nursing on the healing rate and immune function of patients with recurrent oral ulcers.Methods A total of 160 patients with recurrent oral ulcers admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 80 cases each according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received individualized diet nursing.The nursing effects,healing time,pain duration and immune function before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in the related indexes of immune function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The healing time and pain duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of individualized dietary nursing are significant in patients with recurrent oral ulcers,and this nursing mode should be promoted more widely to help improve the nursing effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
