临床护理教师人文关怀能力现状及影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨临床护理教师人文关怀能力现状及其影响因素。方法采用方便取样法,调查141名临床护理教师的人文关怀能力现状,分析其人文关怀能力与有效教学行为的相关性,探究其人文关怀能力的影响因素。结果临床护理教师的人文关怀能力得分为(197.33±18.69)分,与有效教学行为呈正相关(P<0.01);带教年限、是否接受过相关培训、教学能力、个性特征是其人文关怀能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论临床护理教师人文关怀能力高于普通护士,医院管理者应根据其人文关怀能力的影响因素开展针对性干预,以提高其人文关怀能力。 Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of clinical nursing teachers.Methods The current status of humanistic care ability of 141 clinical nursing teachers was investigated using a convenience sampling method.The correlation between their humanistic care ability and effective teaching behavior was analyzed.The influencing factors of their humanistic care ability were explored.Results The humanistic care ability score of clinical nursing teachers was(197.33±18.69),which was positively correlated with effective teaching behavior(P<0.01).Years of teaching experience,whether they had received relevant training,teaching ability,and personality characteristics were the main influencing factors of their humanistic care ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care ability of clinical nursing teachers is higher than that of general nurses.Therefore,hospital administrators should carry out targeted interventions according to the related influencing factors in order to improve their humanistic care ability.
